Maestro Israel Cardoso is a Bachelor of Music, an active trumpeter in Brazilian music scene, educator and conductor. He holds a postgraduate degree in Choral and Orchestral Conducting, along with specializations in Project Management and People Management.

With a strong commitment to musical education, he has developed a professional development program for music teachers, young musicians, and professionals seeking retraining. Maestro Israel Cardoso has conducted courses across Brazil at various institutions, including Vale Música, the Conservatory of Musical Drama of Tatuí-SP, and the Sinfonica Mogi. His contributions have significantly advanced music education in your community.

As a composer has been dedicated to developing original arrangements and compositions tailored for emerging musical groups, aiming to promote musical education and technical advancement among young musicians. Notably, four works for youth symphonic band premiered between 2018 and 2019 stand out as significant contributions. These compositions not only explore diverse sonorities and styles but also incorporate pedagogical elements that facilitate the learning and performance of music by young musicians.

Each piece reflects a commitment to music education, encouraging teamwork and creative expression. The positive reception and impact within educational communities attest to the relevance and quality of these compositions.

In 2020, Maestro Israel Cardoso released his first solo album titled "Castelo Forte," featuring a selection of hymns interpreted with trumpet. This work not only showcases his technical and artistic skills but also contributes to the innovative appreciation of sacred music.

Recently, Maestro Israel Cardoso was awarded the Jury and Audience Prize as the standout conductor of the 2024 Chnee Conducting Academic Compettion. This honor highlights his excellence and dedication to music, solidifying his position as a rising conductor in the Brazilian music scene.
